Kuwait Energy has retained Tristone Capital Limited as exclusive advisor to the divestment of part of its interests in Abu Sennan Block III, onshore Egypt and the Kunri Block, onshore Pakistan and its entire interest in Block E, offshore Cambodia.

The divestment package provides an opportunity to acquire an interest in near-term production potential and exploration upside in a large acreage position in the prolific Abu Gharadig Basin, in Egypt's Western Desert. The under-explored blocks in Pakistan and Cambodia provide additional exploration potential.
