Partial Divestment - Development Opportunity, Offshore Tunisia

Storm Ventures International has retained Tristone Capital Limited as exclusive advisor to the sale of 33.33% working interest in the Cosmos South Field, located in the Gulf of Hammamet, offshore Tunisia. The FDP for Cosmos South is due for approval later this year, with first oil anticipated in 2010. In addition, there is further potential for regional growth through participation in a work programme to appraise and develop the Yasmin Field, also located in the Gulf of Hammamet, offshore Tunisia.
