Samson International Ltd has retained Tristone Capital Limited as exclusive advisor to the divestment of the entire portfolio of Samson North Sea Limited.   The asset package is located in the Central North Sea and includes the Petro-Canada operated Surprise discovery and associated near-field potential in the Inner Moray Firth which will be further appraised in 2009. The portfolio also includes the Spitfire, Evelyn and Belinda discoveries in the Western Platform Area adjacent to the West Central Graben. The undeveloped discoveries and the prospect and lead inventory are all located close to existing infrastructure.
