Tristone will be hosting it's signature dinner for all delegates and spouses at this 3 Michelin venue. Dr. Bjorn Lomborg, author of "Cool It" and "The Skeptical Environmentalist" will be speaking. Pre-registration is required for this event by Mar 15/08.
The Pré Catelan restaurant re-opened with an all-new decor designed by Pierre-Yves Rochon, a stunning contemporary concept that is aligned with the restaurant's natural surroundings. An elegant setting for Chef Frédéric Anton's outstanding cuisine who was awarded a Third Star in the 2007 Michelin Guide.

Yacht Dinner on the Seine, aboard Le Paquebot
To set foot on the Paquebot is to step aboard the deck of transatlantic liner from the early 20th century. Refined and comfortable, this 85m boat is the largest and the most prestigious boat cruising on the Seine. Tristone will host a relaxed dinner with entertainment on this last night of our conference. Pre-registration is required for this event by March 15, 2008.
