Presentations

Each company will have a 20 minute time slot for their presentation. All presentations will be webcast. Daily updates to international media, including research releases/new developments during the conference will also be in place. Breakout rooms will be available throughout each day of the conference, and individual corporate breakfast tables will be set up each morning.

Company Sponsored Dinners
The evening of Tuesday, May 13 Tristone is welcoming the opportunity for corporate sponsors of small private dinners (approx. 8 people per venue) which will be preregistered for by our institutional investor attendees. The venues will be Michelin star quality restaurants.

Spousal/Partner Programs

Tristone is also pleased to offer a complete spousal/partner program in complement to the attending delegates. Guests of attending delegates will be able to preregister for such things as private sightseeing tours, shopping trips, etc. Spouses/partners are also invited to attend the welcoming reception on the Monday evening, the gala dinner on the Wednesday evening, and the Thursday night river cruise on the Seine if so desired.

Costs

There is no delegate fee to attend the conference, all conference activities and spousal/partner programs are complementary. All delegates will be responsible for their own airfare to and from Paris, transportation to and from the hotel upon arrival/departure, as well as their own accommodation at the hotel. Tristone has secured a discounted group room rate for the duration of the conference, and has also set aside a block of rooms for the weekend following, (May 16-17) for guests who would like to extend their stay at the reduced rate. All hotel booking information and travel information is available upon registration.
